Stump Removal For Surgeon

Customer reference for Stump Stompers as told to pickapro by Karen, Tree Surgeon, Tree Craft from Raheny, Dublin 5 on 12-Mar-2008

When was the work done?
Darren has done work for me on several occasions, the most recent being February, 2008.

What was involved?
I’m a tree surgeon at Tree Crafts and I’ve used Darren mainly on jobs where stump grinding and removal is necessary. Depending on the job and the garden, the grinding can take several days or just a couple of hours.

How did you choose Stump Stompers?
I met Darren at a garden centre and we swapped business cards. I chose him because he came across as trustworthy and professional.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Darren Tracey?
I would normally have a fairly good idea but Darren and I consult and make a lot of decisions between ourselves.

Did Darren introduce new ideas?
He does, yes. If I have a query, I can call Darren on the phone or he can visit the site and make recommendations which I pass on to the customer.

How do the projects run?
Darren is very reliable and the work is excellent. If he says he’s going to be somewhere or do something, he does it. If there’s a problem, he’ll call and let you know.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Stump Stompers?
For me, it’s peace of mind. As a tree surgeon, using Darren allows me to provide a wider service to my customers. What I like about Darren is that I can give him an address and know that he’ll go and get the job done. I don’t have to be looking over his shoulder or worrying. Another benefit of using Darren is that he’s very reasonable on price.

Would you recommend Stump Stompers to others?
I recommend Darren 100%. I’ve used him several times already and I have more work lined up for him to do.

Any tips for other people?
If you can, go with someone who has been recommended to you. Check their insurance and make sure they have a clear plan of what needs to be done and how they’re going to do it. You don’t want any unforseen surprises.
